Exhibitor Opportunities
Dear Potential ICSB/USASBE 2010 Exhibitor,
On behalf of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) and the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship® (USASBE®), we would like to invite you to exhibit at either, or both of our premier entrepreneurship and small business conferences. The 2010 USASBE Conference will be held January 14-17, 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee and the 2010 ICSB World Conference will be held June 24-27, 2010 in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A.
No doubt your organization will benefit significantly from exhibiting at both of these events, thereby maximizing the return on investment. Our audience of national and international opinion makers enjoys a direct link to many of the leading educators, trainers, and consultants in the field of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprise. Their actions impact the behavior of hundreds of thousands of current and potential small and medium enterprises, who in turn directly manage small business delivery around the globe. By attending both events, exhibitors can strengthen their recognition within our U.S. and global community, enjoy direct linkages to major educators, researchers, practitioners, policy players, and gain an exposure to model programs and resources that support entrepreneurial activity.
ICSB and USASBE are very excited to offer a joint rate discount of 20% to all exhibitors who register for both conferences. Exhibitors may purchase space for $1600 per conference before October 1, 2009 or instead purchase space at both conferences for a total of $2800 before the same date. After October 1, 2009, the joint rate will increase to $3200 for space at both or $1800 for USASBE 2010 and $1600 for ICSB 2010.
Exhibitor setup for each event is scheduled for the opening day of the conference with exhibits open to registrants for the duration of the meeting. The theme for the 2010 ICSB World Conference is “Entrepreneurship: Bridging Global Boundaries” and the theme for the 2010 USASBE Conference is “A Time to Sing a New Tune.” Attendance at each event is expected to be approximately 400 – 700 participants.
Please refer to both the ICSB and USASBE websites for more information about the conferences. All contracts need to be faxed, mailed or emailed to the International Council for Small Business with full payment before a booth can be assigned. All exhibitors are guaranteed exposure on both the ICSB and USASBE websites, in addition to being included on any newsletter or distributions.
As we move forward with this process, please do not hesitate to contact us at exhibits@gwu.edu with any questions or concerns. We hope to see you in Nashville and Cincinnati!
