You may obtain a 5 percent discount by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services desk’s toll free number at 1-800-433-1790 and providing the meeting authorization number of A1616AL. You will also receive a 10 percent discount if you purchase a ticket 30 days in advance. Discounts are not valid on zone fares or any other discount type fare (senior, child, military, etc.).
