Re: Equipment

The Westin Galleria Hotel is equipped with high-speed Internet access in all hotel guest rooms. Please bring your own equipment-laptop, LCD projector, etc., if you so require it. USASBE is providing a screen and overhead projector in each room. This is the same as other conferences, such as the Academy of Management. The cost remains prohibitive to provide any other equipment. The hotel charges $450 a day for the LCD alone. If you do want to rent an LCD, please contact Mike at 972-851-2839 and he can bill to your room.
