USASBE Entrepreneurship Education National Awards

The Nature & Character of the Awards

The purpose of the USASBE Entrepreneurship Education National Awards is to identify, recognize, celebrate and publicize excellence in entrepreneurship education in all forms and at all levels. Because programs, courses and pedagogy typically evolve over time, each of these awards can be won more than once by any particular organization or individual. However, once any organization or individual has won the award in a particular category, that organization or individual cannot seek the same award again for a period of ten years.

Award Categories

USASBE will recognize excellence in entrepreneurship education with awards made at the 2010 National meeting in seven categories:
  • National Model Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Program
  • National Model MBA Entrepreneurship Program
  • National Model Ph.D. Entrepreneurship Program
  • Outstanding Specialty Entrepreneurship Program
  • Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Courses
  • Innovative Pedagogy for Entrepreneurship Education
  • Global Entrepreneurship Education Award (New Award)
  • Emerging Entrepreneurship Program (New Award)
