The theme of the conference is "The Dynamism of Small Business: Theory, Practice & Policy". A key aim of the conference is to discuss dynamism of small business in terms of knowledge, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship and globalization. bridge the gap between research and action.
The 2009 ICSB World Conference will aim to;
- Create a meeting place for people who are working and/or researching in the field of small business and entrepreneurship around the world
- Introduce the dynamic activities and status of Korea and enhance the development and internalization of Korean SMEs
- Introduce the International Council for Small Business-Korea (ICSB-Korea) and Korea Small Business Institute (KOSBI) to the world
- Establish a closer international relationship between Korean and the world community of small business
